 I clean my counters every time they come into contact with food. This would be super easy to scrub down.  Take a shower and come out smelling worse. Was like hot farts coming out the shower head! The same with clothes from the wash. Dissolved minerals and such in the water. The drain channels are way more aggro than is necessary, no reason for them to be even 1/4 the depth they are, and they absolutely need fillets along the bottom corners. All you need for drainage is like a 3-5 degree slope. Shallow drain runs are way better from a maintenance standpoint.
