Yep. I was told to worry when swollen nodes dont hurt. I had several painful swollen (some golf ball sized) lymph nodes in my neck up my jaw and on my scalp. My doctors reassurance was cancer usually doesnt hurt. Mine were small but didn't hurt so I went to the doctor. Turns out sometimes lymph nodes sometimes never return to their normal size after an infection.
